Installation & Commissioning Engineer
This role is suited to individuals who enjoy hands-on technical work and seeing projects come to life on site. Typical responsibilities include:
- Installation of audio-visual, networking, security and automation systems
- Reading drawings, schematics and technical documentation
- Equipment mounting, cable management and rack assembly
- System testing, troubleshooting and commissioning
- Site coordination with contractors and consultants

Project Coordinator

AV & Technology Consultant
This role is suited to individuals who enjoy understanding client requirements, developing solutions and building long-term professional relationships.
Unlike traditional retail sales roles, our consultants work closely with engineers, architects, interior designers, consultants and property owners to help define project requirements and develop practical technology solutions.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Understanding client requirements and project objectives
- Conducting consultations, showroom demonstrations and site visits
- Developing budgets, proposals and solution recommendations
- Coordinating with engineers, consultants and contractors
- Managing opportunities through the sales process
- Supporting project delivery and client handover
- Developing long-term client and industry relationships
- Maintaining a strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends
Successful candidates are commercially aware, technically curious and comfortable discussing both business and technical considerations.
Experience in audio-visual systems, networking, security, automation, construction, engineering services or project-based sales is advantageous.
This role is well suited to individuals who enjoy helping clients solve problems and are interested in developing expertise in technology, design and project delivery rather than purely transactional sales.
AV Systems Engineer
This role focuses on system design, technical coordination and engineering.

- Designing audio-visual, networking and control systems
- Producing drawings, specifications and technical documentation
- Reviewing architectural and interior design drawings
- Coordinating technical requirements with consultants and contractors
- Supporting commissioning and troubleshooting activities

Senior Project Engineer
This role leads projects from design through commissioning and client handover.

Contract & Part-Time Opportunities
Technical Documentation & CAD Support (Part-Time / Freelance)
- Prepare AutoCAD drawings and as-built documentation.
- Update AV system schematics, rack layouts and cable schedules.
- Coordinate drawing revisions with engineers and project managers.
- Suitable for students, freelancers and experienced CAD technicians.
Technical Presentation & Proposal Support (Part-Time / Freelance)
- Prepare client presentation decks, concept proposals and tender submissions.
- Assist with graphics, diagrams and project documentation.
